To find our ‘How to Videos’ and ‘FAQs’:

First sign in to your Merit Advantage, MeritAgCheck or MeritNatureCheck account, then on the menu down the left-hand side, find ‘Help and FAQs’ at the bottom.
Once this page opens there are two tabs, one for ‘How to Videos’ and one for ‘FAQs’.
