To find our ‘How to Videos’ and ‘FAQs’:

  1. First sign in to your MeritAgCheck or Merit Nature Check account, then on the menu down the left-hand side, find ‘Help and FAQs’ at the bottom.
  2. Once this page opens there are two tabs, one for ‘How to Videos’ and one for ‘FAQs’.

Please note * is mandatory.

    * Operating system version ?

    For Apple (IOS) Devices – Settings > General > About > Software version.

    For Android Devices (Varies between device) – Settings > About phone/ About device > Software/ Android Version.

    For Android devices, if you are having trouble finding your operating system version, help can be found by searching online for your specific device name for example: [Samsung [Model]] followed by ‘how to find software version’.

    * App version ?

    For both Apple and Android devices –

    MeritAgCheck

    • Open MeritAgCheck App
    • Click account icon (top right of screen)
    • Below the ‘Log Out’ button you will see ‘App Version: X.XX

    Merit Nature Check

    • Open Merit Nature Check
    • Click account icon (bottom right of screen)
    • Below the ‘Log Out’ button you will see ‘App Version: X.XX’

    If you are having an issue or wish to report a bug - being able to provide a screenshot or screen record will greatly help us diagnose the problem faster. Please upload images below.

    NB: For screen records/videos please upload to Youtube/Google Drive/Vimeo or similar service and provide us a link to the video in the field above.

    - All files must be in JPG, PNG or PDF format
    - Max filesize 5MB.
